CARD RANGE

The card in our standard range is 175gsm. It is suitable for all our presentation folders and is available in 19 colours. All card, except "Satin White", is leather effect embossed. Please note that due to the dyes used in the manufacture of the card some shade variations do occur.

If you do not find the colour or finish you require, just let us know and we will try and source a suitable match for you.

A thicker 300gsm card is also available for folders other than the Staplix range. This thicker card is in a more limited colour range and is subject to availability and minimum order. Please enquire for details.

CARD COLOURS

Please see our swatch page as a guide or, for actual samples, we will be pleased to send you a full size samaple.

BINDING

Using 80gsm A4 paper, Staplix Standard and Clear bind 1 to 20 sheets, Staplix Extra and Clear Extra bind 5 to 35 sheets. Bind'nFix Standard and Clear use two hole punched sheets and are available in 8 binding capacities. Free'nFix and Free'nFix Clear use two hole punch sheets and bind 1 to 50 sheets.

3mm TRIM

If you prefer to use C4 envelopes for posting Staplix Standard and Staplix Clear Folders, then we offer a 3mm trim off the width. The reduced width does mean that only 10 sheets can be bound. Bind'nFix folders fit C4 envelopes. Staplix folders without a trim and Free'nFix folders all need B4 envelopes which we can supply carriage free, if ordered with the folders.

WINDOW CUT-OUT (aperture)

Available in four sizes, A 90x40mm B 105x55mm C 125x75mm and Oval, 120x76mm.

BUSINESS CARD CUT-OUT

Ideal to hold standard size business cards. It is available positioned bottom right or centred on the front cover of all folders as well as the inside flap on Pik-Pocket folders.

PRINTING PLATE

The printing plate charge includes basic artwork and origination, complicated designs may be charged extra but we will always advise before proceeding. Our standard typeface range is a suggestion only and we will be pleased to try and incorporate your own design.

FOIL PRINTING

Our standard print positions on foil printing are bottom right or bottom centre. Please note our standard foiling plate size is 85mm x 25mm. For larger foil print areas we will provide a separate quotation. Foil printing colours are, black, blue, copper, gold, green, purple, red and silver.

LITHO PRINTING

Touraco Ltd is part of the Circle Services Printing Group. We can offer a full litho printing service for your folders from one to full colour. The minimum quantity is 300 folders. If you require litho printing, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

POST AND PACKING

Prices quoted are VAT ex. and include delivery to addresses on mainland UK. Envelopes are also carriage free if ordered with folders, otherwise please add £6.00 for delivery, regardless of quantity.

Normally 14 days after approval of the proof.
